Does EUROFITNESS pay for Delivery Charges?

Our customers are required to pay for delivery charges. This charge depends on the size of our customers' order.

Does EUROFITNESS have Freight-on-Board (FOB) Service?

Euroftiness is only responsible for your order until it has reached our Shipping Destination. After which, our customers are held responsible for the remainder of FOB charges. This includes insurance, freight paid, freight collected and shipping point charges. If requested, we can also manage FOB ourselves.

What Happens If My Order is Lost or Damaged Upon Arrival?

This is where it is important to cover your order through freight insurance. EUROFITNESS does not hold responsibility for orders beyond our direct handling. Please contact your freight agency and provide your insurance details as they can help your with your shipment. If you have requested Eurofitness to handle FOB, then we will manage lost or damaged orders.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Shipping?

For most items, our MOQ is 50 units, However, depending on the complexity of the orders, it may be 25 units.

Will I be Charged for Samples?

With sample orders, we may offer to split the cost of items/shipping with our customer. This depends on the country to which the order is shipped.

Will I be Charged Customs and Import Duties?

Depending on the country for delivery, you may or may not be charged customs or duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the buyer to cover these charges. These charges are beyond our control and you may learn more about them directly through your tax authority.

Does EUROFITNESS Offer Express Delivery?

We do offer Express Delivery upon the request of our customer. Please note that Express Delivery charges are handled by our customers, unless requested. In this case, we may charge an additional service fee depending on the size of our customers' order.

What Time Will my Parcel Arrive?

This depends on the delivery address of our customers and whether it is Shipped via Freight or Air. For Air Shipping, expect deliveries from 12-18 working days. For Freight Shipping, expect 30-60 working days. All shipments are held at destination until the remainder of the order is paid by our customers.

Can I Track My Order?

This depends on the Shipping Service used. We will do our best to provide you with updates regarding the shipping of your order.

Can I Ship to My Personal Address?

Yes, you can ship to your personal address. Please be aware you may need to pay additional postal charges. You can find out more about these charges through your local postal service.

Can I Return My Parcel?

We unfortunately do not accept returns on our orders. This is due to the size and complexity of shipping bulk orders. However, we perform quality inspection on our orders before shipping so that we consistently provide our customers with the best possible quality apparel.
